HDL中75％的Apo A是Apo AI。Apo AI的水平與冠心病的風(fēng)險成反比。Apo AI也被認為激活LCAT（卵磷脂膽固醇?；D(zhuǎn)移酶）。在正常血漿中，Apo AI水平為每100毫升90-130毫克。

純度：通過SDS-PAGE> = 95％

通過FDA批準(zhǔn)的測試，血漿制備顯示對HBsAg，抗-HCV，抗-HBc無反應(yīng)，對抗-HIV 1和2呈陰性。
