ACTOne技術(shù)是同類產(chǎn)品中一個以高通量格式提供細(xì)胞內(nèi)cAMP變化的實(shí)時信息而無需細(xì)胞裂解步驟的技術(shù)。該測定法可用于含有專有外源環(huán)核苷酸門控（CNG）通道的細(xì)胞系。該通道被升高的細(xì)胞內(nèi)cAMP水平激活，導(dǎo)致離子通量（通常可由鈣反應(yīng)性染料檢測到）和細(xì)胞膜去極化，而熒光膜電勢（MP）染料可以檢測到。ACTOne cAMP分析可通過FLIPR或熒光酶標(biāo)儀讀取細(xì)胞內(nèi)cAMP變化的終點(diǎn)和動力學(xué)。這是一種簡單的均相測定法，僅涉及染料和化合物的添加步驟，可輕松在高通量環(huán)境中實(shí)施。
