Her-2 CTC在液相中的免疫熒光染色（用于小鼠樣品中人類CTC的基因組分析）

描述

通過抗-Her2免疫熒光染色鑒定從Her-2陽性實體瘤如乳腺癌或胃癌中脫落的富集的Her-2陽性CTC。抗Her2與Her-2 CTC結合的證明提供了關于評估抗Her2治療功效的更多見解。可以根據需要同時進行針對額外的上皮細胞，內皮細胞和干細胞等標記的抗體。

從液體中富集的人類CTC的免疫熒光染色容易，快速。鑒定的細胞具有較亮的熒光強度，可用于小鼠樣品中人類CTC的基因組分析。
