PCR試劑盒專為通過實時聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)（PCR）方法檢測細(xì)小病毒B19而設(shè)計。
細(xì)小病毒B19檢測包括擴增結(jié)構(gòu)性O(shè)RF編碼次要衣殼蛋白VP1的*區(qū)域并測量熒光增加。細(xì)小病毒B19的存在由FAM熒光團熒光生長指示。內(nèi)標(biāo)（IS）包含在反應(yīng)混合物中，控制可能的PCR抑制（ISIN版本）或排除，同時控制DNA提取過程質(zhì)量（ISEX版本）。在HEX熒光團熒光通道中檢測到IS陽性擴增。檢測試劑盒利用“熱啟動”技術(shù)，大限度地減少非特異性反應(yīng)并確保大靈敏度。準(zhǔn)備使用MasterMix含有尿嘧啶-DNA-糖基化酶（UDG），消除了擴增產(chǎn)物可能污染PCR。該套件是專為體外診斷并提供定性和定量檢測。
